Clients have to wait, as they book more clients then they have avaliable nail specialists. As the result they are in a constant hurry, do half done pedicure ect.

A nice clean and tidy space, felt safe with their covid measures. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you're booking for more than one person, its best to do as separate bookings as the timing may be spaced out which the venue aren't able to change for you if booked through treatwell. Our technician helped by helping 2 of us be seen 40 minutes before the treatwell time. Would defo recommend

Very professional staff. My manicure came out great and my nail technician was very thorough.
However, in terms of covid prevention measures within the salon, whilst my technician was very thorough and asked that I washed my hands before the treatment, I noticed that neither of the other two customers who came in after me were asked to do the same (they were both getting manis too). This is something I found rather odd. Why have one rule for one customer and a different rule for another?
