He really scraped my nails hard to remove gel. Didn’t file them how I asked - I know have square nails on some and almond on others. I didn’t want any polish as I wanted them to breathe but was charged full amount and my actual nails look terrible. Surface is all uneven and different textures of rough along with different shapes and lengths of nails.
