Severely unhygienic conditions. No gloves, no sanitisation of tools and so on. Also the place smells like chemicals which I am not sure it’s entirely safe. Manicure was done without any attention to detail and is not looking good

The technician was not as good as my first appointment. The cuticles were not removed completely and not very tidy. Also my nails were not properly polished and not tidy. I still want to go back hoping the next technician is the one who did my nails the first time! I think they need to wear a name badge or at least introduce themselves so we know next time who to book for the next appointment.
