The technician was not as good as my first appointment. The cuticles were not removed completely and not very tidy. Also my nails were not properly polished and not tidy. I still want to go back hoping the next technician is the one who did my nails the first time! I think they need to wear a name badge or at least introduce themselves so we know next time who to book for the next appointment.

Really happy with my pedicure, the best I ever had here in London so far, the technician was really professional and friendly. Good value for money! Recommended
Unfortunately, the nail salon has an overwhelming chemical-like odor. Not sure how safe the chemical fumes are, both for technicians and customers!
