Every time I’ve been to this salon (5+) over the last few months, they make me feel sad to the point that getting nails done is a chore. I get told off for using hand cream on arrival during mid winter when my hands were sore, and they shake my fingers a lot telling me to relax them. I’m double jointed so sometimes my fingers aren’t floppy, and the staff push them out the way and tut about it. They are very rude and no matter what I book on Treatwell, they’ll always want extra money on arrival.
