The skin was failed and left with bruises. Polish on top of the skin that looks like I did the application by myself in a rush. Corner broken and after I told the lady she answered: I don’t know! I am paying and you don’t care about the result of your job and client satisfaction? Other employees in the shop are good but you just need to be lucky to get the right person and this is not fair. The result is horrible and this is the second time

This used to be my favorite salon, and to this day the quality of manicures is ok (not wonderful any more). That are always busy and do ten things simultaneously, answer the phone, do your nails, talk amongst them, the experience has become stressful rather than pleasant. Yesterday I spent 4 mins asking the lady for help in finding the same color I had on and she said she was going to move to another customer that I was slow. Ended up with a manicure I hate. Awful experience
