staff very loud and rude to me. they were very rough with my hands and nails. i had ingrown nails that were hurting me and they didnt remove it completely and when i told them that it still needs more work they just screamed at me and said its good. they literally made fun of me and mimicked me right after and laughed at me. i wasnt even offered a glass of water and wasnt treated with respect. never going back

Wanted BIAB with tips, told they don’t do it although I could book it. Got dip powder instead which was very chunky and ended up damaging my nails a lot as I am used to just BIAB. Had severe nail breakage afterwards.
