They were clearly overbooked. First they started late. Was told to sit at manicure station. After drilling off old shelac,where a nail was broken, was told to move to pedicure station, despite me saying from the start I want one treatment at a time - esp as whilst trying to get on pedicure stool broke another nail, weakened from the drilling of nail polish. After going back to Mani stn one nail was cut too short, whilst also breaking another nail. Asked to get all nails same length. Was charged
