From the outside the shop look horrible not like in the photo, i almost missed. Oposit to that its another shop looks more inviting but i already payed online so i went for it. THE INTENSITY HOW THEY TALKING TO EACH OTHER IS HORRIBLE, FROM EVERY DIRECTION. FORGET ABOUT RELAXING. The technician could not understand me. My nails were so sensitive but she just didnt on her way. I really want to live and never go back. In the end wasnt as bad as i expected but i was so happy to live
