I've been here several times but on my last pedicure, I had an awful experience where the technician cut down the sides of my toenails (everybody knows this isn't correct) to make them look like fingernails, which lead to two (!) in-grown toe nails that I had fixed at another salon. It put me in a bad mood and also cost me a lot to fix elsewhere.

All my previous visits have been successful but my last visit was unsatisfactory. Despite asking for short nails this request was not fulfilled, my toe nails look like finger nails. I returned three days later to explain than I was unhappy but was met with indifference and a very unhelpful attitude and told that the nails could not be shorter. I have been having pedicures for the last four decades and have never been told this. Sadly I have paid for a pedicure that will need to be redone early.
