I arrived and was asked 3 times what I was having done. One technician took me to the pedicure area (after I told her I was not having a pedicure), then she asked me AGAIN what I was having done. I was finally asked to sit at a technician’s desk where she again asked me what I had booked, she placed my nail extensions on and after I told her the length I wanted she cut them too short! Then she went to another client and I had to wait for a technician to be free. I will not be coming back.

Really skilled nail technicians who are really polite, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I have often found it really hard to find a reliable nail salon that I want to return to when I move to a new area but Hill Nails is the exception - they're brilliant and I have returned several times.

Was a good manicure but the technician cut the cuticle too much on two fingers and it was bleeding. It’s still painful a few days later and there’s unsightly scabs now. I haven’t had a manicure in months and was treating myself so this was a bit disappointing as normally have a great experience at this place but this technician was new to the salon as I’ve not seen her before. Technician was very apologetic though, so hopefully a one off.
