It makes me sad to write a bad review...but I feel like I have to because it's been a few days since my massage & I'm STILL in agony in my left shoulder & arm.
We went for the couples massage - my boyfriend's lady was pretty awesome (I know this because my lady disappeared for 5 mins and so the lady remaining was trying to tag team). There's no chance that my lady was qualified. She spent the hour ducking in and out of the room, when she was 'massaging' me it was more mediocre pushes, no actual kneading or movement, felt like a co-ordinated stretching class...100% not a massage.
At the end she sat me up and dug her elbows into my shoulder and i heard something pop in my left shoulder (this is after filling out a form at the start and stating that I had an injured left shoulder and to avoid hard pressure there). I couldn't move my arm for 48 hours or so after the massage and am still in total agony, from my left hand up to my neck...am going to the doctors tomorrow morning to get it checked out.
That said...my boyfriends massage was awesome and he said he felt beaten up but totally relaxed, so I guess I just got massively unlucky.
One last thing... because it was a couples massage, the two ladies (when mine was in the room) were chatting non-stop, which made it impossible to relax.
I'm sorry to be so harsh, but avoid this place (or be super vocal about what you want/dont want!)
