I booked a pre-natal massage here as it was the closest to me and was a lot cheaper than the ones you'd find in central london. However i think i got what i paid for and would have rather spent the extra £20 or so for a better quality treatment elsewhere.
When i arrived, i admit i was 5 minutes late but then spent 5 minutes in the office filling out a form that took 30 seconds. Then i needed the bathroom (as i frequently do now i'm pregnant and the thought of waiting an hour before going was unbearable) and it was in the next door nail salon which took an extra 5 minutes and then finally i was in the room and left to get undressed for a few minutes. All this faffing about meant the massage didn't start for 15 or 20 minutes after it should have and i didnt get that time back which meant i paid £40 for 40 minutes which isn't great afterall.
When the massage started there were 2 ladies doing the massage... This sounds great in theory but not when they quietly chat and ruin the atmosphere (which already wasnt great as the walls were paper thin and you could hear every word of conversation from the people in the office).
I will give them credit that they put me on my side (as you can't be on your front during pregnancy) and gave me lots of cushions to help me feel comfortable, which i did.
I will also say that the lady doing my top-half, was great and i could feel it making a difference to my sore shoulders and back.
The two ladies were very lovely and asked lots of questions about my pregnancy which was sweet but did ruin the mood somewhat.
Overall they are very lovely and friendly but the service just wasn't worth the money and next time i'll pay the extra for a better experience.
