As a regular to this place my ratings has lowered.
I had booked in for a Hot Stone Massage and did mention it to the bloke who took me to the room.
I laid down expecting to have the usual excellent treatments as before but this was not to be.
At no point did she ask me about my pain , after telling her she delivered a THAI MASSAGE.
However , my treatment for this was good, she worked on my stiff neck , shoulders and low back.
By the time she finished it was too late to mention that it should have been a HOT STONE MASSAGE.
I don't blame her and assume it was this bloke who didn't tell her!

As usual great service here I was a bit late and my therapist still gave me full time which was hugely appreciated, the girls listen to what you want, and I've never had a bad experience here. Regular massage has really helped with my shoulder pain and necessary when you play sports, would highly recommend and have told most of my friends about this place.

The massage was fantastic, with elements of Thai, hot stone and deep tissue massage, the therapist really worked hard and I had the best sleep for ages afterwards. Recommended

My massage therapist was not afraid to use firm pressure, which I really like. My muscles really loosened up throughout the massage.

Second time and had a good massage. Good value for money but I wouldn't recommend to someone who is expecting a spa like experience. Does exacts what it says on the tin!
