I had a deep tissue combination massage. It was good
The lovely lady told me I had a lot of tense areas.
Stones were good however not great. But the heat did ease me a little in certain more tense shoulders. So would recommend for tense knotted shoulders.
Maybe the combination was wrong choice for me,as it felt rushed moving from one treatment to another as she went in and out of the room.
I think I wasn't really relaxed
Room was a tad bit cold.
I was the first person in so maybe the room was still on its way to the temperature I wanted and staff were still setting up, As i had arrived 25 mins early.
I will definitely book again, maybe later in the day.
And try another type of massage..

We were so excited for this after reading all the great reviews, so perhaps we just got unlucky. We had a couples massage in the same room which was great, but its not the most relaxing - you do hear everyone else's conversation in the building as well as the odd tube going over; so not great if you are going for a relaxing massage rather than energising.
I was asked what treatment I wanted, whereas my boyfriend didn't get a choice bless him. I was also offered hot stones part way through which was lovely and he was not - he wishes he had asked for it now!
My main gripe however is at the very end, my masseuse tried to crack my back thai style, and in doing so has left me in a lot of pain in my right shoulder, so much so i cannot move my neck without sharp pain ensuing. This really ruined the experience for me, as until then I was feeling great.
I should have said something when they asked if i enjoyed it at the end I know, but being typically British I smiled and said it was lovely - also didn't want them to try and fix it for fear it might hurt more!
Would not recommend.
