I booked in for a neck back and shoulder massage but I got a full body Swedish massage. Not complaining about that but no one seemed to have my details or what I booked in for and that it was prepaid via treatwell. Also, while I was getting undressed, another customer walked into my room not knowing anyone was in there. While a little disorganized to begin with, I would actually go back here as the massage was really great and I think it was good value.
