Good massage. It'd help if ladies don't talk in their own language and laugh during two people's massage treatment. You can't help but think they're laughing at you perhaps. It also ruins the relaxing music and atmosphere. Otherwise very good quality of massage. They're going through refurbishing currently and it'd be interesting to see how it all looks after that.

Everything fine, just the massage people should keep full silence during the session.
Could be improved:
Lavanda oil smells better than the one used.
Soft colourful light could be better.

It was lovely we could be seen to straight away on a busy public holiday. The staff were friendly & accommodating.
The therapists were thorough & professional. Unfortunately my therapist was swapped midway to attend to another customer elsewhere! The substitute was much firmer then the first. I didn't mind, but it was distracting!
The rooms were cosy, well maintained, clean, and relaxing.
I have been to perhaps more glamorous salons but it was great for a spur of the moment couples massage.
