Lovely facilities, clean, modern, but with a relaxing and organic feel. Excellent massage. Very responsive to requests (ie. softer, more focus here, etc). Highly reccommended.

Everyone was very pleasant, massage was great, quite intense. Only downside was a delay in the appointment starting, fortunately I wasn’t pressed for time.

The staff who gave me a massage may not have been the most enthusiastic one as I suspected that she had yearned a few times. Also I was kept for more than 5 minutes in a near naked state not knowing what to do in the beginning. £45 for 60 mins (a discount price. Well, it wasn't quite 60 mins given that there was the waiting time) would be reasonable but if it had been the normal price to pay, I might have been less happy. Still so close to where I live, I will give another go to see my first experience with this shop was just a little unfortunate.
