I went for a sports massage and was taken by surprise how much the masseuse knew and targeted all the pressure points that I was unaware of, this helped all the tension and knots I had in my shoulder and lower back. She was very passionate about resolving the issue and was not clock watching and had great knowledge of where all the pressure points where to resolve all the pain. I walked in not been able to raise my right arm more than half way and have been going Physio & massages for over 1 year with hardly no improvement. The lady in this place within 30 minutes was able to help me raise my arm nearly all the way with her teqniques. I am so impressed definitely in less pain and will be returning and highly recommend this place , cannot rate this hidden gem enough. Very friendly staff, ambience is average, very clean, prices are very reasonable compared to other places where I have paid £50 or more and have been no where near this expertise, usually we end up paying more for the ambience everywhere else! I will be definitely returning to this place to complete my treatment as she has definitely won my vote of confidence. If I would suggest to make more experience comfortable is that on the bench they should provide sufficient covers where a customer can slip into.
