Terrible! Been here before many time and service was good, on this occasion was simply TERRIBLE!! Booked the day before and at 10PM got a call from the manager saying that Treatwell messed up and this service was NOT available, but asked if we could come 30 Mins earlier then they would be able accommodate us ( already had paid online as per usual) we arrived and they were not ready for us, the manager AGAIN tells us that treatwell messes up by booking us separately and at different times ( we booked a couples massage) I said no treatwell did not mess up as I had a confirmation email
With exactly what I booked, manager asked me to email them which I did...after proving that I paid for a 1h couples massage then we proceeded to put treatment, we arrived 10 Mins before HOWEVER our treatment started at 10:00am and at 10:30 exactly it ended and we were told to wait 10 minutes to then wash off... we looked at the time and were confused as it wasn’t 1hour as we had paid and discussed and proved etc.. to make things worse we had NO TOWELS to mash off the scrub so we use the miniature face towels just so we could put our clothes on and get out.. my husband didn’t even bothered .. the shower was disgusting, I took pictures there were lots of hairs and the white small bathroom step was dirty, manager said apologised and said someone from staff must’ve used the shower before our treatment and didn’t clean up etc ridiculous!!! I asked for a refund as we paid for 1hour and got only 30 minutes and also the situation from our booking messed up and the disgusting facilities, managed said I should request a refund from treatwell and couldn’t help us but also wouldn’t dispute. Called treatwell and they said that the manager will have to see with the account and canta confirm a refund!! Terrible service!! I have proof of everything and pictures too. Avoid this place! What a joke! Now will sort it out with my Bank. Manager should automatically refund us with all that happened.
