As usual, the service is always great. They have a very qualified team.
The only thing I would think worth mentioning is the ambience and cleanliness.
After your scrub, you are to use the shower provided. The glass doors on the shower are covered in lime scale and obviously not been cleaned. It's a very daunting experience and kind of puts you off for the rest of it. In my opinion, when you choose to get a massage, there should be no sign of any other customer having been there before you.
The other thing I would complain about is the noise coming from the other rooms, they should inform customers to be very quiet around the rooms.
My point is, the reason people get massages and pay so much for them is to escape or de-stress. You want to be submerged into a different world and trust that they have got your back and will provide that service. I fully trusted the staff, however, the cleanliness and noise completely removed me from that feeling.

A little late starting but the receptionist kindly explained to me that the previous client needed help getting ready afterwards so to bear that in mind. I got the full hour so it didn't affect me much. The massage itself was incredible and Pat was so great getting into all my stiff and tight muscles. Last time I had a Thai massage this good was in Thailand so great work all around.
