The place looks nice from the outside and inside.
The masseuse was lovely and she checked in to see if the strength was right for me and avoided areas that I asked to be avoided. The only thing that can be improved is the room temperature, it was quite cold perhaps because the room is in the basement - maybe you could put the air con on, or have an extra blanket over the towel to keep warm.
