Usually I have great massages here, but this time the masseuse was very rough, even after I asked to be less firm. When I asked her to go over my arms because it felt like they needed them,she seemed a annoyed and was too firm and it really hurt.

I am not sure if I got the massage I booked as it was different to previous times. However, the therapist was very good and got rid of some knots.
