Amazing massage. I was a bit apprehensive because of Covid but they put me at ease with their processes, like temperature check, sanitiser and track and trace. It would be to know if the rooms are aired out between bookings.

The whole experience was lovely, the room wasn't too hot or cold, the place was very clean, music was loud enough to drown out the outside noise but not so loud that it was distracting & our therapists were great at getting all our knots out.
It would have been a 5* from me but I paid for a hot stone couples massage and got a couples thai oil massage instead (apparently there was a miscommunication). The treatment was great, just not what we wanted.
