Felt somewhat rushed by the over efficient receptionist , though it was the weekend.
Covid checks sorted but I'm amazed at some customers who don't wear masks.
Was dealt a short straw, ended up in the box room behind reception.
Hence not a total relaxed feel as couldn't hear the soothing music.
Gong was my therapist ,really caring, enquired about what was hurting and gave a tailored massage.
However, she wasn't told that I was booked for Hot Stones.
Overall, I couldn't fault Gong so thanks.

Really great, they listened to my problemed areas and really helped.
I would recommend the back, neck and shoulder massage highly- got rid of all my aches and pains!
