There was too much focus on a hair massage rather than the body.
Also the walls are so thin it was not relaxing as other customers were talking so loudly and laughing in the reception area. Staff did not ask them to lower their voices so we had to hear them for a long period of time.
The toilet / hand washing facilities were next to an open back door showing the property’s messy garden with rubbish thrown in it.

Didn't feel welcome soon as we walk in. Didn't feel relax at all during the treatment. Seems like the therapists cannot wait to finish the massage. Definitely won't be going back there !!!
