I had a great 90 min deep tissue massage that got rid of lots of tension and left me feeling relaxed. The therapy room was lovely and ambient, and very clean. I would have appreciated some consultation with the therapist at the beginning of the appointment, as well communication throughout about the pressure, etc. There were some knots in my back that didn't get dealt with, and the session was almost over by the time I felt I should ask about this. The massage technique itself was great.
