I come here regularly, so was a little disappointed with this appointment. Booked the last slot of the day which could have been the issue. Firstly, there was a mix up when the masseurs got the treatment wrong, so went and got someone else. Time had lapsed so the normal practice of cleaning my feet was missed out (foot massage). The treatment felt rushed so when it ended, I turned to check the clock - it had been removed since the treatment started. Checked when outside-it wasn't the full time.

Very sore & painful, (own fault should have opted for more relaxing massage after 1.5years since last one) but pressure was never reduced even when I said repeatedly during massage that it was painful. Shame as have always had fantastic massages here in the past .
