We’ve arrived about 10 min before the massage, so we had the time to fill in a form as it was our first time. However other person arrived after us and was asked to go to the room before us. By the time that our appointment started we were still waiting in the hall. Therefore, with the delays we end up not having an our and a half as booked. The massage was good, staff was friendly and place sparkling and clean.
