This was my first massage in a very long time and I have trouble with my neck from time to time. The masseuse was very rude and snappy and seemed to think I'd know her every move, and was then very vocally frustrated with me when I didn't understand what positions she wanted me to get in. She also told me off for tensing up saying it hurt her hand but the massaging was very aggressive at times and I couldn't help it. She did not ask if I had any neck issues, she didn't speak to me at all.
