I went in for my massage and right away the lady walks in while I was changing and I had the 90min session but she thought it was 30 to which I had to tell her it was 90 the room was absolutely boiling but unfortunately when I told the staff member she didn’t understand me and asked me to see to it myself and I realised that the knob was broken I was so hot in the room for the next 60mins and the lady just laughed it off when I told her. I mention this to the receptionist he did nothing.

The masseuses were very experienced and we really enjoyed it, the only problem was we didn’t get the hot stone massage we paid for. There was a miscommunication, I am not sure what happened but they ended up giving us a different couple massage then the one we were expecting. It was nice but better check your bookings beforehand to avoid this in the future.
