I have never had such an awful experience to be entirely honest. It was so incredibly painful. They did not start on time & there was nothing relaxing about it. I have been to Thailand, I know what a Thai massage is. That wasn't it. I tried to speak with the receptionist to tell her I did not enjoy that and it was just bad she just smiled and nodded, so I don't want to read a response of, "I'm sorry about your experience" because now it's online. A refund is all I could have hoped for.
