Very happy with my nails and will happily come back now I know what to expect, only hiccup was my treatment didn’t include gel nail polish which I thought was included in the package so had to awkwardly run to get £10 cash as they didn’t accept card! Also, despite pre-booking him, Kai didn’t do my treatment which wasn’t a huge issue just something to be aware of in the future!

Kai was amazing, he paid very close attention to make sure all my nails were perfect and checked to see if I was happy. My nails look amazing and are the perfect shape. All the other staff were so friendly and chatty too and even brought out ice water which was very appreciated in this weather! Overall, a great salon with lovely staff!
