It was not Ann but other lady Amy( i am not sure about the name). Terrible waxing and took my skin off with wax which was not properly heated. Even after highlighting that it is not working as she keep spreading wax over my eyelids, clothes and hair she didn’t care. It gave me wax burns on my face as made me look terrible.
