Promising massage..but it didn’t live up to expectations. Venue is great. Staff are proficient. However, my ‘aromatherapy massage’ took place in a less than warm room, with no aromatherapy aromas to speak off, and what I can only describe as a satisfactory massage. I Was not asked any questions about how I like the pressure (it was more stroking than massage) nor which areas I would like the masseuse to focus on. All in all, doesn’t deliver as advertised and wouldn’t be going back anytime soon.

Quite basic facilities but the most AMAZING massage! I had had a really bad back for over a week and decided to get a massage to ease the pain. Although quite tender and at times uncomfortable my masseuse definitely knew what she was doing and a day later I’m feeling nearly 100% better. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

Really lovely lady on arrival. But asked to take shoes of at front door and have bare feet in toilet. Music was barely audible so could hear reception. No candles on and no atmospheric at all. Lady who gave me my treatment seemed lovely, but there was no conversation. Was my first time getting reflexology - it would have been nice to have learned more about it. Toilet facilities and rooms felt dated. The treatment was expensive (£53 for 45 mins) and I wasn’t offered anything else (water etc).
