The actual treatment was really good. Like others have said, I felt that sitting in the hallway and not having a shut off area was quite weird, especially when I needed to take off my jeans. I think having a more private area would help with the ambience, especially when a room is free.

There was minimal interaction from the staff when I entered the salon, I was only asked to provide my proof of payment and take off my shoes, clearly no time for niceties despite the salon being dead. The treatment was fine but I don't think she removed all the knots I needed her to.
