Other people have mentioned this but reflexology is done in the corridor, not in a room and therefore you can hear reception and people are walking past.

The massage was ok. But I could just not ease into it. The room was awful. Bright lights, run down facility, the reception was nice enough but the treatment room is in desperate need of an update and a good scrub. The massage beds leather was peeling off, there was only one working spot light, the shower in the corner made me feel gross just looking at it as it was covered in filth and marks all over the walls. There was like an alarm clock dangling over the sink. Zero focus on ambiance. I would not recommend it to anyone. Throughout my treatment the two other staff members were sitting right outside the door talking very loudly, just found it all very confusing.
