The manager had forgotten to put our Treatwell booking in the diary so when we pitched up the staff were not expecting us! It was my birthday and could have been such a huge disappointment if it weren't for a kind man waiting for his appointment offering to come back later on so they could fit us in! Terrible incompetence on the managers part. Fortunately, despite the manager's incompetence the staff were very polite and sweet and the massages were good. The thai massage can be very firm so it's important to give the therapists feedback on their pressure as the go. If you like firm pressure ask for medium to light pressure instead. The therapists are very strong! The couples massage room was a bit small for two people and the therapists sometimes spoke softly to each other during the massage which I would have preferred for them not to do but it was not the end of the world. Good value for money and very effective massage.
