Highbrow Semi Permanent Makeup is a lovely home based studio in Sutton CB6 where you will feel relaxed and very welcome. I’m Tammy salon owner and PMU artist. I’m qualified in VTCT level 4 PMU I’ve changed direction from interior design to semi permanent makeup bringing with me my design and artistic skills. I Taylor each eyebrow appointment to suit your natural colour and shape. And being a colour consultant of over 10 years my love of colour transfers into selection a perfect lip blush shade and working with you to create a natural look or favourite lipstick shade that won’t wash off. Being fair myself I’ve had to draw on my brows daily and drove me to investigate PMU what a game changer!
