Given all the brilliant reviews for this place, I must have been unlucky with the person doing my eyebrows. Came out with 2 giant caterpillars that are at least 2 shades darker than I wanted. I look horrendous. I said i wanted a natural look in keeping with my fairly pale skin tone. It wasn’t until I got home and checked in my own mirror that I could see what she had done. And this was at the flagship store in Ladbroke Grove too!
Too far for me to go back to rectify things, they are closed now for 2 days anyway. Complete and utter waste of time and money- it’s expensive for what it is too. I wish I got the name of the girl who did my eyebrows but I would avoid her at all costs

I had the HD eye brow treatment and even though the artist who done my eye brow was very professional she left a lot of fluffy hair under my eye brow which makes absolutely no sense when you think she said they would wax my eye brows then thread then to get rid of all fluffy hair. It is the most expensive HD eyebrow treatment I had and for the same quality I can have it done much cheaper in the same area.
