Lovely salon, friendly staff and therapist however not happy with treatment, i informed my therapist that i had a high heat/pain threshold yet she continued to use what felt like a very weak moderate heat/level throughout the treatment which resulted in no visible effect whatsoever.. ! which of course i highly expected to see for a £150 facial!! Also, i believe she only had 4months experience so this may be part of the reason for my disappointing waste of money experience..
