Only book with Fiona. Not going to mention names but I basically had to show her how to remove gel and she didn’t even take it all off properly. Kept blaming me for where I got my nails done. Rude attitude and didn’t even bother asking me how I was. My nails on one hand are completely ruined because she didn’t let it soak long enough. Annoyed as well because I had booked with Fiona and the booking was confirmed, but the technician was changed on arrival of the appt. Only giving a 2 star because I feel like the other techs shouldn’t be punished for one bad apple.
