Extremely disappointed with my appointment this evening. Barely any shaping done, basically was just threaded when I thought it should be a mixture of wax and thread? Felt like she was in a rush to finish and leave to go home, she did my eyebrows in under 15mins! It is meant to be a 30 min appointment. The tint is way too dark I asked for slight tint and natural. Not happy at all with my brows very rushed and sloppy, a shame since I love having my eyebrows done here usually.
