I was so pleased to find this salon as it is the least painful waxing I’ve ever experienced. Hardly felt a thing. Laura is really friendly & very experienced. Highly recommended! A lovely salon environment.

Just what I needed - wonderful visit to the Hidden Gem for a bit of a pamper session to treat myself. Gemma was so friendly but professional - we chatted away as if we were old friends. The facial was so relaxing and my skin felt so smooth afterwards. My nails look fabulous as well and Gemma shaped them to perfection, just how I like them, and my feet feel and look great too! Thank you Gemma, I’ve already booked my next appointment!
