It may sound really trite but Laura Lea is, in my opinion, better than really great.
She's professional with amazing patience & attention to details. Always welcoming & friendly. We always have a laugh.
She guages her treatment appropriately, so if I'm chatty, she'll chat, if I'm quiet, she'll go with that too.
She's happy to offer impartial advice about treatments.
She's the only therapist I've been so relaxed with that I caught myself starting to snore!! 🤣
