Laura asks me what look l want to go for before she starts. The bed is angled to a position that is comfortable for me. She uses sterile eye patches for under meath my bottom lashes to make sure no adhesive goes onto my bottom lashes. Laura is softly spoken, very friendly and polite. The fact that l always give repeat business says it all
