I was welcomed and offered a drinks menu to look at while I waited for the stylist. She and I had a good chat about what I wanted and she explained thoroughly what she was going to do. The shampoo was great and Kate cut my hair. Staff checked on my comfort level regularly, popping the air conditioning on as it was extremely warm. I was impressed and will probably return to keep on top of my new style, which I love.
