I really enjoyed my hair wash. The young trainee made me feel so relaxed with the brief but nice head massage. It was the best part of the experience. The young lady - Holly was very friendly but when she started to dry my hair with the heavy brush, I thought she was going to knock my head and my ear off with the very painful strokes. This was the downside of which could have been a pleasant experience. I had a headache by the time I left.

I got charged £3 more than the price on treatwell that I booked my appointment for, I didn't have time to argue with the stylist over it but that's definitely not fair or professional
