Haircut was good, lady at reception and the lady who washed my hair were bubbly and welcoming, however the last who cut my hair was very passive aggressive to her colleagues and I felt uncomfortable. She seemed stressed but no need to take it out on customers or your colleagues.

Absolutely love this hair salon. Staff are friendly and very good at their job.
However, when I originally booked my appointment there was no mention of having to pay for PPE. It did change later but no mention of the cost. I do think £5 for a disposable mask and squirt of hand sanitizer is far too much but on this occasion I was happy to pay as just so desperate to have my hair done. Ordinarily I would leave a tip but felt it was covered in the £5 for PPE.
