Alannah was amazing!! When I entered they offered me a drink and sat me down in the chair. We spoke about what I wanted and she did so well. She listened to me as I showed her my hair inspiration on Pinterest and she was very attentive. She also gave me advice on where it would be best to put my veil. She was kind, wonderful and supportive. The room was lovely and warm and cosy. Very clean and tidy. I will 100% come back.

I expected on a half head for them to do all roots not just the top of the head and laterals. I didn't like the final colour, and they ran out of hot water and washed my hair with ice cold water... they brought some warm water in a blue later but my scalp was already freezing .. they charge for every little thing, including a purple shampoo and a normal dry. I had poor experience with them before and will not use them again.

Another great hair experience at HF and Co. Alahnah (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is fantastic. She gave me the perfect hair colour, and has worked to transition my cut into a different style without compromising on length. I’m really pleased, it looks so good! Thank you so much!
