When the customer has dementia and unable to understand properly it can be confusing for them. I can honestly say that Yvonne and the team made us (including the carer) feel welcome, at ease, very understanding, attentive and patient. Everything was slowly explained and so professionally done.
I definitely recommend this hair salon which also has other beauty facilities to offer.

I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I entered the salon and for my whole appointment , Ruby was amazing she talked me through everything she was doing with my hair. The atmosphere was so relaxed. Ruby has done an amazing job with my hair i absolutely love it and can’t wait for my next appointment.
